Edward M. Pudlowski, President of MorningStar Actuarial Consulting, has over three decades experience developing strategies for HR benefits and improving an employer’s return on their human capital investment. In that capacity, Mr. Pudlowski has developed unique solutions for employee and retiree benefits plans, including issues resulting from COVID-19, healthcare reform, and other significant events and regulation.
Mr. Pudlowski is the founder of MorningStar Actuarial Consulting and was the 2018-2019 President of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA). Prior to his work at MorningStar Actuarial Consulting, Mr. Pudlowski was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Consulting Officer with American Fidelity Administrative Services, LLC. Mr. Pudlowski’s professional experience also includes his time as a partner at Ernst & Young as well as work for two top benefit consulting firms, Mercer and Buck Consulting, where he was responsible for employee benefit solutions for large employers, unions, and public entities.
Mr. Pudlowski is a well-respected speaker on American healthcare and its possibilities for reform. He has published articles in business magazines addressing both healthcare innovation and reform, financial risk in HR, and healthcare quality. Mr. Pudlowski is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA).
